Major refurbishment has taken place since last year, with the master suite getting a fabulous makeover, including an extended bathroom with huge walk-in shower, top of the range fittings and improved lighting. The double en-suite has also been remodelled. The kitchen has a new halogen hob, making it safer & removing the need for a smelly gas bottle. And we have to mention the outstanding shady Ottoman area on the roof terrace with the awesome view and its own all-weather mini-kitchen. This perfectly located, generously proportioned holiday rental villa with private pool & 24 hour security, has 3 large en-suite bedrooms, all with great views & large terraces, plus 2 double sofabeds in the living area. Bay views from all floors, with the most spectacular aspect from the amazing shaded Ottoman area on the roof terrace, which has its own all-weather mini-kitchen. This means you can enjoy cocktails or even breakfast in your own special haven.

The whole family from very young to very old loved everything about the villa - and indeed Kalkan. (Rather too hot outside in Aug for Grandad but then we knew that in advance! Thank goodness for air conditioning!) The memories of that holiday are still so vivid. We would certainly stay there again if visiting that part of the world - & will recommend to others.
Villa Barinak met our every requirement and we especially loved the ottoman and pool areas. Also the views from the villa were stunning.

Villa Barinak has everything you need for an escape to the sun and more. The layout of the villa and equipment throughout is exceptional. The kids enjoyed their own rooms but liked to meet up on their adjoining balcony.
The rooftop Ottoman area was my favourite part of the villa. If you can see yourself lying on a huge cushioned area with a cooling breeze, sea views and sipping on the tipple of your desire then this is the place for you!
